Hello just downloaded this software. I always store my CD rips as .wav and several of my CDs are Japanese. Unfortunetly when ripping to a wav file, the Japanese characters in the metadata are replaced with question marks. The files and folders don't do this and this issue does not occur when I use flac.... -
I purchased the Asset Premium package and followed the same steps to instal it as I did for the trial package but in the Asset Status it still shows as the trial package. Where did I go wrong? -

I have just run PerfectTunes for the first time. It has found a large number of duplicate tracks. Should I mass delete them? Does that mean that all the copies in the various windows are deleted, leaving one copy behind? Also, what happens with RAID backup? I was surprised that that there are so many...
