I have changed to a newer PC running Windows 11 pro. Clicked the lifetime registration link in email purchase from dB Poweramp to instal on new PC. When asked to rip a cd just get "Error ripping to Flac" for all tracks. Can someone help please?Today, 01:38 PM -
When I'm ripping my CDs, I have some custom metadata that I like to add to all files. I can add this after the metadata has been read from the CD, but it does not persist and I have to manually add it each time a new CD is inserted. Is it possible to have these custom tags persist? I thought maybe if... -
Release 2026-09-13. Batch Converter progress estimates are very over-optimistic.
Here, after 11 of 720 files (1.5%), dBpoweramp erroneously says that it has converted 10%, and it miscalculates the time remaining accordingly:

Running Release 2026-09-13. While batch converting on multiple cores to FLAC with DSP (Bit Depth -> Resample -> Bit Depth), Core Converter crashed.

I have a mixed collection like many. However, for portable I go to the Apple encoders ALAC for iPod and Apple iTunes AAC for Portable/Phone, etc. Both of these really need to go down to 16bit 48/44.1khz from multiple high res sources.
