Raw CD TOC & CDDB Disc ID

Is it possible to use PerfectTunes to obtain and add the "Raw CD TOC" and "CDDB Disc ID" information to a disc that has already been ripped to FLAC, or would I need to re-rip the disc in question (or at least 1 track from each disc) in order to obtain that tagging information?

Attempting to batch process artwork missing from 800+ albums. PerfectTUNES scans the folder fine. I click Fix It for batch fix and it fixes zero albums. One at a time works - but that is not what I had in mind when I bought the software.
