First Track on all cd's getting error when ripping.

Hello new member here and I am having a problem with all my cd's and the newest version of CD Ripper. Seems like every time I go to rip a cd it gives the error of can't rip cover art make sure that it's not a hidden file. Please I love the newest version of the Ripper, but with this happening I wonder if I should just stick with the older version of the ripper that I have also. Thank you for any help you can provide.
