Synology R2026-07-29 Problem

Installed 2026-07-29 on Synology (DSM-7) and it will not open streamer from iPad Naim app or access IP:45537 from Windows

What Synology model is it?

PeterP its a Synology DS214 with DSM-7

Spoon, rebooted Synology and no change.
It shows its installed on the Synology GUI
Naim app on iPad opens and controls Naims iRadio OK, but not the Synology

It was all OK with previous 2026-07-13 & 15

Which exact version of Synology DSM it? We've had reports of DS214 with DSM 7.1.1 not working, but could not isolate cause or reproduce the problem on own Synology unit running newer DSM.

Any luck with beta build from a few days back?

Its always worked OK on this revision

I didn't try the beta, I don't get involved as limited time and even mor limited IT knowledge

Okay, this is second case of DSM 7.1.1 having trouble with new Asset.
Please stick with last-working version of Asset for now, we're investigating it.

It won't let me roll back ...... but no probs, I can wait
