I have ripped probably 30-40 CDs using CD Ripper - every time I insert a disk it prompts me to configure AccurateRip using the audio CD and every time I get an error message saying:

On multiple Win 7 machines with clean installs of dbpower amp I get the following error. We get sent a lot of iOS voice memo recordings (m4a and are unable to convert them. This happens on all .m4a files. Any help much appreciated.

When ripping CDs some tracks are not converted to FLAC. The error message states "Unable to tag file..." There is a *._ file being created for those tracks that is sized similarly to the successfully created FLAC files for other tracks, so it appears the data is all there. Can these files... -
dBpoweramp cannot convert some files encoded by "lavc"
I have a number of MP3 files which the "Audio Properties" tab in dBpoweramp says are encoded by "Lavc57.48"
Some convert successfully, but others come back as "Error decoding MP3 data stream, is corrupt?"

I can't use CD Writer on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Service Pack 1.
I've formatted and reinstalled the same Windows 7 again, installed latest Google Chrome, dBpoweramp Release 16.1 (forcing 32-bit setup) and latest dBpoweramp CD Writer Release 4.
