CD Ripper: Rip CDs with Chapter marks in M4A - based on track indexes

So, i'll probably be in a minority here, but is there any chance of having the ability for CD ripper to add chapter markers when ripping to supported file formats (like M4A), where the chapter markers are based on the multiple index "markers" on a track from the Audio CD?

I would like to join this minority. Cd's from the early 80's use indexes in stead of tracks. Would appreciate the possibility to convert an 'index' to a 'track'

I've tried using CD Ripper again now (first time in a while) and doesn't an option - or am i missing something?
