Determining audio CD pressing offset

Is there any way to exactly determine the pressing offset of an audio cd? I use CueTools to compare tracks to AccurateRip, and I had thought the offset numbers in the logs there were what I was looking for, but I'm starting to understand that those numbers might only be the offset relative to other...

So, i'll probably be in a minority here, but is there any chance of having the ability for CD ripper to add chapter markers when ripping to supported file formats (like M4A), where the chapter markers are based on the multiple index "markers" on a track from the Audio CD?
