I like the ability to remove the silence between the song and the hidden track at the end of some albums. But I would actually prefer to split the track into 2: song and hidden.

Another vote for this one!! It's great to be able to cut that silence out, but seperate tracks would be great!Comment

"Audio CD - Hidden Track Silence Removal" :D
Current version is release 3, use dBpoweramp Configuration to check your current version and automatically check for updates.

A DSP that would split the two tracks would be quite useful to me as well.Comment

Re: Split hidden track into seperate track
I hate to dig up an old thread, but i thought it would be better than starting a new one.
Splitting of the track definitely gets my vote.
So can it be done? And if so, will it happen?
Edit: I just noticed EliC already has this in the feature request for R14.Last edited by lemonato; August 15, 2009, 11:02 PM.Comment

Re: Split hidden track into seperate track
This is what I would like to see in dBpoweramp.
I presently use Audiograbber to remove silence from hidden tracks and split them as I find it a relatively easy process.
With Audiograbber, you are able to set the start, and set the end of a rip.
You can do this by pressing the Play button, and waiting for the track to start or finish, then press the applicable button to set the start or end of the rip.
To get to this screen. Right click the track > Properties.
I rip these hidden tracks to WAV.
By the way. I hate them putting so called hidden tracks on albums. :vmad:Comment
