Question mark (?) file naming change

In the past releases and with multiple other media managing applications, when a song had a question mark ( ? ) in the title, the file name would have the ? replaced with the inverted question mark ( ¿ ).
Now in release 17.1 for some reason it's replacing questions marks with Latin small letter I with diaeresis ( ï ).
How can I change it back, or configure it to replace with the inverted question mark again?

dBpoweramp Control Centre >> Advanced Settings >> Filename restricted characters 'Set' and click 'Restore Default'
