Hi!
I have thousands of files in m4a that I've encoded over the last ten years using NeroEncoder and the files have played well in itunes.
However, the same files don't play in ipod shuffle while they do in itunes app. I've done some research and have found out that the problem is to do with the tag headers and the solution is to optimize the file.
I tried converting and optimizing in dBpoweramp and it did the trick but I'm coverting a lossy file to a lossy file...:(
How do I do to use the m4a optimize feature in dbpoweramp without converting the files?
Hope someone can help me,
Ger
