Small Unplayable File Size using Nimbie NB11

I'm a new user. I just bought DBPA and a Nimbie NB11. I rip fine with DBPA choosing either my internal DVD player or the Nimbie Opticarc. However, when I use Batch Ripper with the same setting, it seems to rip as it should (as I watched it through DBPA) but the output is only 15kb files. Nimbie cycles through the discs, ejected in front for perfect rips and dropping them underneath for rips with errors.
I saw in another post to disable antivirus, but that has not helped.
Here is a copy of a rip:

As a test, remove the multi-encoder, then rip to just wave, whilst ripping in batch ripper you can right click on the drive line and view CD Ripper (which is hidden).

That did not work. It gave a .wav file size of 42kb. Here is the report:

What security software do you have?

It looks like CD Ripper.exe is able to write to the audio files, but CoreConverter.exe is not allowed.

          Webroot.
But again, CD Ripper works fine, just not Batch Ripper.

Enable debug logging (in dBpoweramp Configuration) and rip the same CD with CD Ripper then Batch Ripper.

I cannot upload the large debug file sizes. Looks like I am limited by the number of characters.

Do you have an email I can use?

Re: Small Unplayable File Size using Nimbie NB11

Taking just the file Debug Batch Ripper.txt as that writes to just wave which shows:

Opening file 'F:\Good Charlotte\2002 09-The Young and the Hopeless\01-A New Beginning.wav' for write access: Opened

RIFF Header 'RIFF' Length: 19518136 FormType 'WAVE'
Got Chunk 'fmt ' Length: 16 RiffSizeLeft: 19518124 ChunkPosition: 12
Got Chunk 'data' Length: 19394592 RiffSizeLeft: 19518100 ChunkPosition: 36
Got Chunk 'LIST' Length: 220 RiffSizeLeft: 123500 ChunkPosition: 19394636
                    Got Chunk 'id3 ' Length: 123272 RiffSizeLeft: 123272 ChunkPosition: 19394864

This shows that in the above file there is a 19MB of data. If the wave file does not exist, then it is something outside of dBpoweramp which is deleting.
