On the error page at the end of conversion is a copy to clipboard, click it and paste the error here.

Which DSP effect have you used? and what is it set to? and what resolution is the source video?

The error is the values supplied "Padded dimensions cannot be smaller than input dimensions."

If you tell us exactly the values you use, we can tell you how to correct.

You have the wrong values set / or using the wrong scale dsp, clear the DSP list, include just one:

                Scale percentage

set to 50% for each W and H, it will scale correctly

I didn't enter anything wrong! Everything is correct, can you explain to me where the 640x360 size is wrong?! There is no such video size?!
I only need that video size, no other

Just tried, took a video (mp4) which was 1920x1080

Changed encoder to mp4 (H264), set to average bitrate of 2.5mbps. Added the effect 'Scale Absolute' set to: 640 360 (only this one DSP effect).

Ran the conversion and it worked fine. Try those settings, or tell me what you are converting from, to and the exact DSP using.
