Which DSP effect have you used? and what is it set to? and what resolution is the source video?

what is the difference, i say it is not possible to resize the video, fix this problem

The error is the values supplied "Padded dimensions cannot be smaller than input dimensions."

If you tell us exactly the values you use, we can tell you how to correct.
