I had to completely uninstall BT Norton to download the file,
Disabling all functions did not stop it detecting what appears to be a trace of some sort in the file indicating it contains Bot threat d ELF: Specter-C
Given that this Norton is the standard BT security package, it cannot be discounted as just a BT/Norton problem as it must be one of the UK's most installed security packages. [/SIZE]
