45 kbps Ogg Vorbis

Thanks boys for this g-r-e-a-t software!

45 kbps at 44khz Stereo (Ogg Vobis V1.0) still sounds very good and i want to use it for smaller files on my Pocket PC and so on. But what a pity: DMC just lets me encode down to 64 kbps. Until now, i have to use DMC for converting mp3 to wav and then Oggdrop for wav to 45 kbps-ogg. Why? :sad:

PocketDivx can't read ogg file lower than 65kbs:confused:
