People who use dBpoweramp rely on it working without issues, last update to flac 1.4.9 had serious issues and needed patching, sometimes it is best to wait a number of weeks.

Same problem here, on Windows 10.

If I click on the properties file, in "Audio Properties" tab, it's the right version number BUT if I click on the "ID-Tag" tab, it's still showing 1.4.3 version.

I have just upgraded to the the latest version of DP Power amp R25-04-17 64bit and am running Win 11. i can confirm Flac version is still showing 1.4.3 as the CODEC installed as well.

Quick question- did you convert your previously ripped files to FLAC using the new build?

I ask because I just tried converting some of my existing FLAC files which showed 1.43 and the converted files show as FLAC 1.5.0 in Foobar
