    The only options I've changed from default are: Scanning for new titles is turned off, L24 support is turned on and I have FLAC files transcoding to WAV.

    This also happened in beta6 & beta7.
    The rescan happens to me also, not constantly I would say around 15mins or so inbetween, I just assumed it was normal as asset was always constantly checking for new files on my proper server. ?

    Gents, I have sent you some more logs over relating to the issue in the post awaiting to be approved.

    Hopefully they are of some help, thanks again.

    Hi,

    Ok, sadly it keeps dropping out, I must admit not quite as much as the previous build but every few songs - occasionally the qnap is going in the high 90's CPU wise on occasion I had enabled logging and when it happened the following showed if the bottom section means anything useful?;

    ===========ProcessFileRequest================

    =============================================

    Content Range: 0 to -1

    Serving File as is: /share/Music/Karl/Proclaimers, The/Like Comedy/06 Proclaimers, The - There's.flac

    Serve Entity Set to: audio/x-flac

    SELECT * FROM t_artist;

    SELECT * FROM t_album;

    SELECT * FROM t_genre;

    SELECT * FROM t_conductor;

    SELECT * FROM t_soloists;

    SELECT * FROM t_orchestra;

    SELECT * FROM t_chorus;

    SELECT * FROM t_instrument;

    SELECT * FROM t_period;

    SELECT * FROM t_style;

    BEGIN TRANSACTION;

    UPDATE uMediaTable SET PlayCount=PlayCount+1 WHERE (FileNameIDX=7188);

    COMMIT;

    I have mentioned one potential issue which is awaiting approval, just another observation the scanning of the library is slower as the hard disks are not showing much activity and it was roughly doing 1000 in around 20 seconds but now it takes around 3 minutes to do 1000.

    Is this the sacrifice in order to keep the CPU usage sensible?

    Thanks.

    Spoon,

    Just an observation, it appears the CPU usage is much lower overall during rescans - fantastic sitting around 60-70%, but.... should there be two processes running? - still rescanning 38k to go!!!

    Is this in 7.0.1?

    I have same "connectivity issue" than baardog & Declaration, described here:
    http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthre...l=1*post141825

    In my case I use HS-210 & connection inside home network, if I try to open ":45537" comes always "unable to open" no matter if I use two different PCs (lan) or Ipod (wlan).
    Restarts etc. done. I bet that this is not a firewall issue.

    I have just clicked on "get defaults" and "apply", and the problem still persists when I open the Album container.
    Thanks for the report. The bug has been fixed, the next beta will correct this.
    The "no track list" check box state is wrong upon page load (always same as the other checkbox), even if you click "get defaults" - resulting in malformed configuration after most edits to the tree.
