The green CRC means that it got the same as your previous rip (as long as it is so recent that it is still in the dBpoweramp cache). That only means that your burnt copy is a good copy of whatever you ripped. And that your burnt copy was well ripped.
It could be a manufactoring issue on the CD: to many 0's or 1's which are, physically, so close to 0.5 that different drives read different. Indeed, are you sure it is not a defective-by-design, i.e. a copy protected? Those are intentionally erroneous.
