I just tried ripping the CD Music Evolution by the group Buckshot Lefonque. Unfortunatley I encountered a problem ripping this CD, that didn't occur when using EAC. Specifically, the last track of the CD wouldn't rip at all. The error message is as follows:
I should point out that the last track features a long period of silence, before a new hidden song starts. Could this be the cause of the problem?
The ripper seems to get to the end of the track before stopping with the error message. It does not cotinue on the a second pass (the CD wasn't found in the AccurateRip database).
I am using an LG4167 DVD burner to rip the CD.
One other issue I found was the ripper application crashes when trying to over write files. I get a dialog box asking me to confirm I want to over write files, as soon as I select overwrite the application crashes. This involves simply ripping to WAV files.
Note: I realise that this post should be in the Discussion of dMC R12 Alpha thread. Sorry!
