Splitting one large FLAC file/album into individual tracks?

Can dBpoweramp convert a large FLAC file/album into the album's individual tracks? Thanks.

But foobar2000 can, and it's free.

foobar2000 will do this if the single FLAC file is associated with a CUE file. If there is no CUE file will foobar2000 convert to single tracks? I'm thinking no, but not certain.

Without a CUE file, how would it know where the tracks start/stop? So, no. But then, nothing else could either.

OK. That's what I thought. There are some other programs that can split a large file (wav, flac, mp3 or otherwise) into separate tracks, but these all require some sort of manual intervention to do the splitting (rather than some automatic batch method, as would be available with a cue file). "Audacity" is the one I've seen referenced the most.
