Temporary fix for 2 computer problem.

I installed dbPoweramp on my old HTPC in 2012 only to replace it with a new high end HTPC from a well respected builder. While I never used dbP on my old HTPC, I didn't install it on the new HTPC because it turned out to be the HTPC from HELL, literally almost unusable for a year and a half.

Today the old HTPC is in my office with as much trimmed from the smallish hard drive as possible. I recently purchased an SSD that will help with the space problem.

So now that the main HTPC is deemed usable and I haven't found time to install the SSD (which will test my computer skills) on the old HTPC, I would like suggestions for putting dbP in limbo for a few weeks. It's by far the biggest program on the hard drive. Still not having used the program, I know very little about it. The old HTPC is extremely slow at this point but used daily for odds and ends. If I could transfer dbP to an external hard drive or thumb drive to save space until after the first of the year, that would help a lot. I could then take my time installing the SSD on the old HTPC and re-installing dbP on my newer HTPC finally.

    Old newby needs help.

One can always simply reinstall dbpa from scratch. You can redownload your purchased install from illustrate (you need your original order number or there is also a way to get that with your email address).
