I am trying to use dbpoweramp reference software but I'm getting a message saying that it is not compatible with Windows 7. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Yes, although now I'm trying to re-install it and can't even get a full download. the file seems to be downloading at around 2kb/s but keeps failing.Comment

It sounds like the initial install was only part of the file also.
Our servers (there are multiple) are only running at 10% of network capacity, I have tried downloading files from them on the other side of the planet and it is working fast (about 20 seconds to download 6MB).Comment

I'm trying again to download the file now but it's still only downloading at less than 1kb/s - only 9% in half an hour! I'm don't think it's a problem my end as I've done a speed test and that seemed fine. Any suggestions?Comment

OK, I have managed to download the file however it will not work. I'm still getting the compatability with Windows 7 error message. I've tried to run the programme in all of the compatability modes with no luck. Is there any way to get this to work with Windows 7?Comment

The new link worked and everything seems to be up and running fine now. The problem must have been with the partial download not Windows 7 as you said.
