When using 'Volume Normalize', does it normalize to a certain level/value or simply to the other tracks in the batch? I will be converting 36,000 and am assuming I will need to separate this into a few batches. Obviously, I don't want the batches to be at different levels.

Just a warning: There are two functionalities for volume normalization, and one should be aware that
- one of them changes the audio
- the other merely writes the ReplayGain tags.

I would to the greatest extent possible, advocate the latter. Beware which one is which (I don't recall the names, I use foobar2000 for ReplayGain'ing.)
