    Removing .m4a conversion leftovers

After batch converting thousands of .m4a files into flac, my directories are polluted with the files I actually wanted to get rid of - and some more. There seems to be no option to batch delete them and none of the traditional Windows methods are working. Help, please!!

These would be files named ._08xxx.m4a or .DST_STORE or ._.DST_STORE. Not sure they were created together with the conversion. I see them on the Windows box but not on the mac so I am not terribly worried.

The remaining .m4a files are my greater concern as they don't let Chorus DS read the metafiles of my .flac files.

For future conversions, is there a way to avoid keeping the original files so that only the converted new files would remain in the directories after the conversion?

Many thanks, Spoon. So far it has been working well. For security, I always do backups first. Happy Holidays to you!
