How can I set the MAX bitrate when encoding AAC CBR??

It says CBR 320, but it varies from 320 - 336 or something, which makes it not work properly on my Zune.

Is there any way I can set a max bitrate to 320 so it works for me? Thanks!

Try choosing a lower CBR bitrate, nero do not seem to have an upper limit and the CBR is a target bitrate rather than fixed bitrate.
