Im trying to install the m4a codec by following the instructions on the page below.

The part im having trouble with is this part.
" 2) Open the zip file (by double clicking on it) and open the folder win32, select neroAacEnc and copy (Edit menu >> Copy). Open a new explorer window, it is important the old zip window is left open (press Windows Key + E) and browse to:"
When i try and open the file by double clicking it so i can copy and paste it disappears to quickly for me to go in and do the edit menu>> copy part.
How can i get it to stay and quite disappearing when i double click the file called neroaacenc.
