How Do I selectively rip tracks as 1 file

Is there a way to select various tracks and rip them as 1 file? I have tried various methods and have not been successful in any of my attempts. I am using release 13.2.

The "Rip As 1" button allows you to select the whole CD or consecutive tracks and rip them as a single file. The "Rip as 1" button appears in between the compilation and Composer boxes.

Where i find the rip 1 one file button?
I will convert more mp3 to one m4b and cant find the button.
