Problem getting to download/register page

I've purchased this program, but when I chose the register button to get to the download page all I get is a blank, white screen. It has been two weeks since I purchased it!!! Can anyone give me any pointers on why this may be happening? BTW, I am using a laptop, just in case that makes a difference.

What OS are you using, are you using a firewall or pop-up blocker?

Frustrated!!!

You may be using a firewall that blocks this page from displaying properly. Please look into that and try to disable it.

Thanks for all your suggestions, but none of them worked. I turned my Internet security level down as low as I could, and disabled all known pop-up Blockers and still nothing. I did discover that I didn't get an email from the registration link. I think all I got was the one with my receipt and the link says: Registered retrieval, so I'm assuming that I would have to be already registered to even use that on.

I did take the link provided in your message and downloade the trial again. I'll use this for the time being. I'm still mad because I've purchased this freaking (*&(*^^*%!!!!!

You'd have to disable the firewall I think. Some firewalls are way too aggressive.

I hope you sent an email to the email address provided on the page http://www.dbpoweramp.com/email.htm - note that it's an anti-spam graphic, and there is no link to click, you have to type the email address that you see yourself in your email client program.
