              time can change me
              but I can't trace time...

I guess we try to litterally change time twice a year every year... not much sucess I guess

                Re: Day Light Savings Time

I find the concept of Daylight Savings Time sooo stupid....why not just even the year out by making each day like....34 hours or something?

why 34 ? it's a stupid nuimber if we're going to change something let's make something that can be easy to calc like 10 hours, 100 mins etc...

                    Re: Day Light Savings Time

It seems that everybody has forgotten the original reason for this notion :D

This didn't use to be such a problem back in the days before digital clocks and watches. But now, it's a pain to adjust all of them when we go back to regular time in the fall. Not only do yo have to forward 23 hours in order to go back one hour, but you may have to adjust the date as well - all 366 days just to get back ... today... ..... And if there's a year setting in there too..... Forget it :D

At least computers, if set correctly, do it automatically.

wasn't the original reason for DST was so farmers could make it to the bank before they closed?

Lawmakers don't and we may have to join the rest of the world soon.

                              Yahoo!

We've finally friggin caught up with the rest of the country in at least one more way. The adoption of DST finally passed in Indiana, it will begin in April 2006. One less reason to for us all to look like the backwater, stubborn, redneck hicks this state mostly comprises of.

... Now if we could just outlaw NASCAR and it's fans... hehheh... :vmad:
