I bought the multi-user licence because I run two systems in two locations. All paid up and confirmed. Downloaded the software and got this unfriendly message. What is going on here? Order number is <edited>

This what I get when downloading to two different computers.
Repeating the download just gave the same result with higher numbers in the parentheses.

Something on your system is blocking it. First try a different browser if the current one is not set to default security settings.
Still no go, restart the computer in safe-mode with Networking and try to download.
