    Extended Updates or New License?

    Hi,
    I'm confused. I have been using dBpoweramp for over 2 years and for a while it has been telling me updates are expired, which I understand is correct as the initial purchase for Windows includes updates for 2 years. Today I clicked on the link to extend the updates and viewed the offer which was

                you seem to be the only one with the problem of truncated posts. Which browser on which platform do you use? Is your system up to date?

                  In dBpoweramp Control Centre, type the new order number to update the extended license:

                  Normally when installing and upgrading dBpoweramp any changes in licences or updates will be applied automatically, however sometimes it requires manual input of the order number to update the control centre. Normally Control Centre would display: However if the display shows the incorrect number of days remaining, or:

                    Ok, thanks Spoon, looks like I've done the right thing and extended for another 2 years.

                    Hi Dat Ei, I'm using Edge on Windows 11, both are updated to the latest level. Since this morning I've emptied the cache so fingers crossed that will solve the problem.
