PerfectTUNES

Is PerfectTUNES incorporated into DBpoweramp Reference or is it a separate piece of software. On the site it reads like it is a separate piece of software but I'm not sure. If so, I thought DBpoweramp had all that functionality. Can someone provide a little more information about this? Thanks.

PerfectTUNES is separate from dBpoweramp.

If you install PerfectTUNES you will see it is very different from what dBpoweramp is.
