    Even though that thread is Batch-Ripper-only, I see this statement in your most recent post:

    "The AMG or GD3 lookups you have purchased do not have any effect on your PerfectMeta license. The two are independant."

    Perhaps explicitly stating that the "Perfectmeta License" only applies to the CD-Ripper might help. It is implied, but not explicit, in your statement.

      Well certainly the 2x2 matrix ("PerfectMeta functionality" , "Metadata themselves") x (Batch ripper, ordinary license) is enough to cause some major confusion ...

        In Batch Ripper it is not called PerfectMeta on purpose.

          Edited to clarify PerfectMeta is only for the ripper and to change "PerfectMeta" to "Meta-Data" in regards to the Batch Ripper.
