Rio500 Extended Memory

Can anyone tell me the sequence to play the music in my extended memory. The only way I seem to be able to get at it is by playing setting ALL Folders and then stepping through the songs on the internal memory. Every now and then, I must push the right sequence and I get into that extended memory exclusively. Any help?

BTW, my RIO500 has been loading fine with RealOne, but I still get a faded (every other pixel is not displayed) on four of my settings menu options(Track, Album & Artist) Anyone ever hear of this, or even better, a cure? I rolled back to version 2.15 and its still there.

Forget the last. The options are faded because I hade the ID3 info set in the off position
