Converting midi to mp3 or wav

When using the trial version, I was always able to convert my midi´s. Now with the registered version I always get an error message saying bad midi file.
Am I doing something wrong? I have the midi codec installed.
Please help. Thanks.

Nothing wrong, are you converting files you converted previously?

No. These are new files.

You need to try some older files, the new ones might have issues.

I need to do this also -- FF does not recognize .mid files. I convered a .mp3 to .wav with no problem. But I'm starting off with a .mid now.

Have you installed the midi codec?
