Even 20% shouldn't make the mouse stop, unless there is a problem with Hard disk reading (not propper DMA).

Try converting that FLAC to Monkeys, on mine monkeys audio will play on mine less than 1%

After resinstall playing is OK (see my previrious message).

P.S.: I use SATA drive and read/write cache and NCQ is on.
