Audio Player hangs on end of track

I use "My Music Collection" to play my songs (FLAC1.1.2) and enabled "Random" and "Selectiv PLay".
Sometimes playing stops/hangs at the end of a track -
in "Audio Player"(V2.0, FLAC-PluginV5.2) the time display 'jumps' between 7:50 and 3:49 (example).
If I stop and play the song again its o.k.
What is the problem ?

Turn all crossfade + gapless options off.

OK. Crossfade was already off, Gapless was on (80ms).
I have disabled all now.
Test is runnning ... :-)

After some testing now the problem is still there, but it seems that playing only stops after playing a mp3 track (I forgot to say that there are few mp3 tracks in my collection).

After all mp3 files, or sort of randomly?

What might those mp3 files have in common spec-wise?

OK, here is my next test:
I queued all my mp3 tracks an played them (random on and off) and after each track the player stops.
Same test with FLAC files is o.k.
I don't know what is wrong with my mp3s, birate is from 128 to 262kbits/s max (44.1kHz).
Playing in Windows Media Player is ok.

Are you using the latest dAP beta? Do you have the latest dMC beta?

I have installed the latest version and mp3 playing is ok now.

But now when moving my mouse the cursor stops for some msec every ~ 2 sec.
I looked into taskmanager: and CPU time is over 20% (playing FLAC) now !
Playing same track in WinAMP I get ~ 2%.

P.S. My System is Athlon64 3200+

What settings are you using for your FLAC files? If you picked the highest compression, that might explain it a litle bit.

I pick medium (standard) compression.

I checked all options and plugins, but no change: CPU time ~ 20%.

Now I uninstalled complete Audio Player and Music Converter, deleted all files and Registry settings.
Then installed latest versions r3b6 and r11.5.
Its OK now ! CPU time ~ 2%.
