Jerry, I think you've got some major problems with your computer. I'm wondering how you manage even to access this forum.

Are you logged on your computer as an administrator?

Yes I am logged on as an administrator. Also, I erased my hard drive and reinstalled everything a couple of weeks ago. After about 2 or 3 megs of the 25 meg download I get error and it stops download. Websites are fine to download.

Err... what 25meg download would that be? We were talking about drivers, they are small files.

            Not graphics drivers. Nvidia's are 18MB, ATI's are 27MB.

Don't recall having to update those so far.

I am downloading Nvidia downloads and it says it's 25.4 megs.

There's a whole Nvidia system bios patch for Nvidia video cards from Microsft for XP which is why it is so huge. I don't recall if the file was quite that large or not but it was certainly big (as LtData confirms).
                  Been there, done that.

                  Best wishes,
                  Bill Mikkelsen
