dMC Audio CD Input is builtin to dMC (dBpowerAMP Music Converter).
Uninstalls/reinstalls should be done through the control panel, with the possible exception of situations where Music Converter is installed without administrative priviledges (which I don't think is the case here).
What settings (bits, bitrate, frequency,etc) are you using for the WMA files you are trying to create? If you try to convert an mp3 or wav file to the same settings do you get the same error message?
