    Try manually deleting all files in C:\PRogram Files\Illustrate, then install dMC - try, install dAP try, also the latest beta versions they tend to have any bugs fixed.

      I'm with Spoon on this. (Of course, since he is the author of these programs, it would be foolish not to). You might even try clearing dMC and dAP from the registry before reinstalling although this may be overkill. For instructions on how to do this see:

I recently installed ACDSee 7 which messed up my file association settings. ACDsee developers have now released a patch but it doesn't undo the damage

        I have manually deleted the files left over by the uninstaller, to no avail. I might try the registry thing with a beta version, it seems to be my last hope in getting dAP to work.
