Re: What's happened to DAP?
Spoon is currently working on a replacement see http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=17415 -
Re: What's happened to DAP?
Because it would have to be re-written to take advantage of the new codec system and Spoon is wanting to give it a different interface and database backend anyway, so it would end up a re-write either way.Lt. Data

Re: What's happened to DAP?
dAP has to be installed to a different folder than hte folder that has any version of Music Converter from version 12.0 and later. Then you need to use the codecs from LEGACY Codec Central (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/legacy/cod...ral-legacy.htm) rather than the regular Codec Central. The codecs for newer versions of Music Converter will crash dAP and the older codecs that still work with dAP (and Sveta, CD Writer r2 and earlier, and Music Converter versions prior to r12.0) will not work in the newer versions of Music Converter (and/or CD Writer r3, or the new renaissance player).
Best wishes,

i see now ..thats why i had all my probs.. unfortunately the install for the dap has gone from here.. i can see what files are different in my new folder and my original.. but i assume that just taking the dap files out... wont work without a re install ..or would it.. tiaComment
