It doesn't do the trick. I remember that i've a long time ago the same problem. The solution was in a file or registry to change the position of the player which was set on 300 or something like that instead of 0 (?). I don't remember the whole trick. So the player is there but the position on screen is not good. Perhaps that you know the whole answer?

Is this with the Default player, or a skin?
Start/Run: type in: regedit then click OK.
Reset whatever skin you're using X & Y coordinates to 5 (or any number under 100).
This should be from HKey_CURRENT_USER\Software\Illustrate\dBpowerAMP\S kin
Select the Skin's Amp\Amp you're having this problem with and reset X & Y.
