Is it only possible to change the resolution by setting percentage?
There should be the possibility of placing the resolution. For example:
854 x 480
640 x 360
426 x 240

It is possible, I used Scale Absolute and can type values in there. If anyone has that exact one fail, then would need exact parameters as asked for so we can reproduce the failure and correct.

You get this error:

... SPECIFICALLY if you use "Canvas Size" DSP trying to shrink video. Please read what the DSP settings page says before asking questions.

Or more appropriately, when you post a support request for a feature you claim doesn't work, be prepared to provide additional details when asked. Otherwise the fool is the one that doesn't end up getting an answer.
