Reference folders or multiple paths in dedeup

I have a large music collection which is sorted

    ~Classical / ~Compilations / ~instrumental / ~johnny cash zone / ~Military / ~Theatre-Films / ~tranquil / <numbers> / <letters>

So that I can find the artist / album I want

    The problems I have are

    * compilations by their very nature include tracks from other artists - I'd like to be able to do [compilations] vs [other folders] and then hide all the duplicates - this will cut down the number that I have to check
    * a way to find similar folders e.g. I have a lot of Queen, I have Day at the Races but in different versions Original (ALAC) Original (FLAC) 2011 Remaster, Deluxe 2CD version, etc - a way to just select entire folders to either hide or delete
    * compilation / best of / unreleased albums per artist - the ability say do a deup on Queen then select compilation album and either hide or delete

De-Dup is done on a track basis, not an album basis, working through the list is a manual process, but realistically the only way that correct deletions can be actioned.
