Re: power pack?
You get the PowerPack for a 30-day free trial period initially after which you have to either register it or uninstall it as it will no longer work, even if you try installing it again. This may be yoru problem.Originally posted by Unregisteredive recently installed the portable audio and music converter and possess a RIO 300 but i keep getting a error about needing a power pack when i try to convert files to my device. as far as i am aware the power pack comes in the installation file. even though this was the case i downloaded the power pack file and tried that but it still comes up with the same message..any help please would be much appreciated. thanksComment

Re: power pack?
As I seem to be un-installing and re-downloading and reinstalling the whole shebang quite often (due to unspecified bugs in Explorer which semingly kill some of Powerpack's better features and/or my desire to always have the latest available versions), this also has the effect of keeping my Powerpack alive and kicking. One of these days I'll get around to register it too but I don't want to jinx itOriginally posted by Spoon

Re: power pack?
After Installing my registered powerpack the software crashes with an error as the install finishes and runs powerpack. Error message reads: The instruction at "-x77f57eb2" referenced memory at "0x0008a38d". The memory could not be "read"
Any ideas...Running Windows XP Pro SP1Comment

Re: power pack?
I see you're not using IE - this may be a problem. If MyIE2 is your default browser this may be the cause of the crash, as I assume the powerpack may not be installing correctly in conjunction with this browser. I'd venture that it needs to find and add or modify some keys in the registry and that may be going haywire.Originally posted by UnregisteredOhhh and powerpack help does workComment
