      Then it is likely something on the system (security software) which is blocking the dBpoweramp DLLs.

      The classic handlers have existed for 15 years, and they never fail.

        The same software is on the 2nd PC. It runs without any problems. The context menu is now not empty. Other applications could place themselves there.
        I also think that something must be different on the laptop. It worked on the previous laptop.
        But what is different, or what is causing it?

        However, at the time of installation only Windows Defender was active.

          Windows has a limit to the number of apps it can display on the right click menu, perhaps it is that?
