Adding container to aac files

I have a lot of aac files that I would like to add a popular container to without growing file size significantly or de-coding/re-encoding the audio. Is there a utility at dBPowerAmp for this or any other site? I'd prefer a GUI utility as I'm not comfortable with DOS. Thanks in advance.
