Output file names could not be generated , Check output folder settings

hello, Steve from Belgium, using DP Poweramp on IOS with Synology NAS since a while. Very good tool, thank you.
have rarely issues that i can't solve myself but this time i am stuck.
today , out of the blue, something changed :
upon inserting a cd for ripping i get following alert :
Output file names could not be generated , Check output folder settings
as i am not an IT guy, can somebody tell me how to get it back and running ?
note that i tried with a different cd, restarted the pc but situation remained.
any help is appreciated,

actually it is just this pop up message which disappears immediately after.
exactly with the words i quoted in my post

How can we help if you don't show us the concrete error message? Just copy & paste it here.

It can be problems with write privileges, forbidden characters in file name, syntax error in naming string etc. pp.

hi all, got it, was simple, just clicked set on the output folder settings , left it all as it was, pressed set, xmit n it was up again.
good to know for next time or if somebody has same problem :-)
