Dynamic output location option is disabled

Ever since I updated to the latest version of DBPowerAmp (15.3) the "dynamic" output location option in the batch converter is grayed out (disabled).
I have a few WAV files, in different folders, that I need to convert into APE, but I only get the "Original folder"... -

VST Output Level Problem
When I use iZotope Ozone 4 as a VST plugin and set an output limit of -3 dB within Ozone, the converted audio is not hard limited to -3 dB. When I use the exact same Ozone settings in Adobe Audition 3, the output is limited to -3 dB. What am I missing? -

First I tried to rip to .flac or .mpc with a single encoder.
Here I had only a problem with disc and track number...
